30分钟美肌操,皱纹、眼袋通通拜拜!30 Minutes beauty skin!

皮肤护理是女人一生都必须用心经营的事业,为了悉心呵护这件最美丽的衣服,姐妹们,不要偷懒啦!来跟我一起做美肌操啦!
1、 自我欣赏。调整情绪,让自己安静下来,开始做自己的身心美容师。虽然因为工作劳累、空气污染等原因,我们没能拥有完美无瑕的皮肤,但千万不要烦恼,所有的焦虑不安只会使人憔悴。找一个光线柔和的角度,好好地欣赏镜子中的自己,那一点点的痘痘,些许的皱纹模糊了,看看,你是多么的年轻漂亮,充满魅力!
2、 轻扫放松。捧一把水把脸打湿,在保持脸、手持续湿润的前提下,轻柔地用第二节指腹平衡往两边扫,先扫下巴、嘴角,再扫脸颊,然后扫眼睛,最后扫额头。千万注意保持湿润,感觉干了赶紧沾水,还有一定要轻,慢慢地做,重复几遍,持续大概7、8分钟。做完停下来看一看,感受一下,被轻轻按摩过的脸感觉很舒服,皮肤像舒展开来了,线条看上去也更柔和了。
3、 指尖按摩。倒少量荷荷巴油、甜杏仁油或玫瑰果油在手心,稍搓热,快速涂抹全脸和脖子。继续沾湿手指,指尖从下巴开始往上划圈按摩,力度比之前稍大,到脸颊,到太阳穴,到额头。脸颊的划圈不要太靠近下眼眶,否则容易推出眼纹。这个动作一方面是清洁毛孔,另一方面也可以很好地锻炼脸部肌肉,增加紧致度。这个步骤持续约5分钟,慢慢地,你会发现镜子中的自己开始脸色红润,皮肤也越来越有光泽。
4、 划圈捏耳朵。耳朵位置的按摩非常重要,不仅因为耳朵有很多穴位,还因为耳朵前后的区域是重要的淋巴干所在,好好地按摩可以加速淋巴系统的循环,可以很好地把毒素排出。说一个专业的小知识,淋巴系统不像血液系统有心脏提供原动力,淋巴液的流动靠的只是肌肉的伸缩,所以做运动和按摩是最好的促进淋巴排毒的方法。这个步骤持续5分钟。
5、 蝴蝶按摩。双手在脖子上交叉,像蝴蝶飞一样慢慢从脖子的底
部按摩到顶部,然后再从顶部按摩回底部。同样需要注意的是保持手的湿润和动作的缓慢。这个步骤持续5分钟。
6、 眼睛瑜伽。闭上眼睛,把注意力都集中在呼吸的调整上,慢慢地呼,慢慢地吸,越来越轻。双手无名指、中指合拢,从外眼角,延着下眼睑,极度缓慢地往内眼角抹去,记住一定要慢,否则容易推出皱纹,同样也要保持手和眼周的湿润。然后延着眼珠缓慢地往外抹。眼睛要能够感受到手指传来的热量。每做完一次睁开眼睛感受一下,会觉得眼睛疲惫感少了,更明亮了。连续做5次,再看看,眼角的鱼尾纹淡了,细纹甚至消失了。
