蒙纳维独特的“冷冻干燥”水果保鲜专利技术，可保存巴西莓90%以上的原始营养成分。蒙纳维专利技术加工的巴西莓的标准也成为该行业的标准“AcaVie认证”。蒙纳维MonaVie公司所使用之巴西莓，拥有专利保护，生产过程中锁定重要的营养成分，经过严格的测试，以确保高品质和高营养成分，均通过AçaVie认证标章。

由于巴西莓的营养价值的衰减很快，巴西莓采收后会立即运送至巴西亚马逊三角洲贝伦(Belem)的冷冻干燥设备处理。巴西莓在收获数小时内被冷冻储存于-20度C，直到转移至冷冻干燥室。低温能确保强力的植物营养素保持不变。

蒙纳维(MonaVie)曾测试冻干9个月后的巴西莓粉末，其营养素仍能维持在原来的水平，没有减少。另外，由于过滤处理会去除50%的营养素（包括脂肪、纤维和其他有益的营养物质），为了充片发挥最大功效，蒙纳维(MonaVie)没有将巴西莓果浆做过滤处埋。因为巴西莓含有高脂肪量，如果倒一杯蒙纳维(MonaVie)果汁，会发现有暗绿色的油性物质。
