14 Weeks of “Real Food” Mini-Pledges

  • Week 1: Two fruits and/or vegetables per meal – Eat a minimum of two different fruits or vegetables (preferably organic) with every breakfast, lunch, and dinner meal.
  • Week 2: “Real” beverages – Beverages will be limited to coffee, tea, water, and milk (only naturally sweetened with a little honey or 100% pure maple syrup).   生命的第一需求是能量,能量来自于太阳,人体是通过吃食物来获得能量。

  1、素食包括蔬菜,水果,杂粮,坚果等等。水果就是能量,蔬菜生吃能量足,烧熟了大量营养素就流失了。

  2素食是直接能量,素食只需要1--2个小时就消化了。肉食是间接能量,动物的能量也是通过吃素食来获取的,鱼和肉需要6--8个小时才能消化,消化成本很高。

  3素食除了农药以外,几乎很少带病毒,多数病毒都是由动物来传播的。素食富含维生素、矿物质、酵素。鱼肉富含脂肪、胆固醇、寄生虫、重金属等容易致癌。

  4素食的代谢物是碱性的,碱性体质让细菌、病毒、癌细胞活不下去。荤食的代谢物是酸性的,酸性体质适合细菌、病毒,癌细胞生长。

  5人体不需要蛋白质,需要的是氨基酸,而氨基酸的来源极其丰富,任何有生命的植物都富含氨基酸,只是植物的氨基酸没有9种必需氨基酸,可能有3种氨基酸或者5种氨基酸,几种蔬菜合在一起就是完全的氨基酸。

  6肉类蛋白质需要经过消化分解成氨基酸,再合成人体所需的蛋白质,吃肉需要68小时消化,很多人的消化能力不足三分之一,吃进去的肉很难消化,身体启动了肾上腺素的分泌来帮助消化肉,消化成本很高。

  7鱼和肉吃的都是动物的尸体,含有大量尸毒,尸毒是剧毒致癌物质。从能量的角度来说,任何动物被杀的时候内心都充满了痛苦、仇恨、无奈和绝望,这些负能量瞬间传遍全身。吃肉的时候会把动物的负能量对接过来,很多人会灵魂附体,影响身体健康,事业工作,财运和感情。

  健康首先要学会吃的顺序:

  葡萄酒--水果--纯汤--蔬菜+五谷杂粮。葡萄酒不属于酒类,属于水果类,用于醒胃,让胃进入消化状态,水果自带酵素,15--30分钟就可以自行消化,水果的果糖可以快速补充能量,稳定血糖,有效保护神经系统和脑细胞损伤,纯汤是为了滋润胃壁,补充水分,同时可以减少食物摄取量,蔬菜和五谷杂粮都属于碳水化合物,需要2--3小时就可以消化,肉类需要6--8小时才能消化,先吃的食物先排空,如果把吃的顺序倒过来,蔬菜和五谷杂粮只要2--3小时就已经消化,因为肉类堵住排空的通道,蔬菜和五谷杂粮消化以后在37度的胃里就会变成毒素和脂肪,同样如果水果在饭后吃,水果只要15--30分钟就可以自行消化,不需要动用任何消化酶,如果不能及时排空,就会变成毒素和脂肪;

  所以饭前水果是能量,饭后水果是毒药,纯汤不能和饭一起吃,纯汤只要10分钟就可以排空,如果纯汤和饭一起吃,会冲淡胃酸,引起消化不良。人一辈子只要学会正确的饮食习惯,就可以获得60分的健康水平。即使不算强壮,也不应该生病。

健康饮食:错误吃饭最易长赘肉

西式早餐
  许多OL都喜欢去麦当劳、KFC、7-11买早餐,如:汉堡包、油炸鸡翅、薯条等。虽然美味可口,但西式早餐所含的热量比起中式早餐高出许多。汉堡里的肉、鸡翅或薯条的油量严重超标,吃进去不堆积成脂肪才怪叻。而且,汉堡里只有薄薄的一片生菜,所提供的维生素根本不能满足身体需求。
建议:选择西式早餐,应该再加上水果或蔬菜汤等,以维持营养均衡,保证各种营养素的摄取。另外最好不要长期食用,油炸食物不仅油脂超标,而且多吃有致癌的危险。
零食早餐
  上班族都会在家里或公司备一些零食,如雪饼、饼干、巧克力等,以备不时之需,甚至把它们当早餐。其实,这样是相当不健康的。零食多数属于干食,对于早晨处于半脱水状态的人体来说,是不利于消化吸收的。而且饼干等零食主要原料是谷物,虽然能在短时间内提供能量,但很快会使人体再次感到饥饿,临近中午时血糖水平会明显下降。早餐吃零食容易导致营养不足,体质下降,引起病菌入侵。
  建议:不宜以零食代替早餐,尤其不要吃太多的干食。早餐食物应选水分含量多的。如果当天的早餐水分太少,那么一定要记得多喝一杯水来弥补。
水果、蔬果汁
  MM们为了减肥瘦身,经常以水果、蔬果汁来替代早餐。蔬果含有丰富的纤维,有利于清肠排毒,确实有减肥的功效。但水果的糖分多是单糖,能被直接吸收,提供身体所需能量。但是,它们所能提供的能量有限,不能满足上午工作的需求。光吃水果容易饿,反而会让你吃进去更多的热量。
  而有些女生经常只喝一杯果汁就当搞定早餐了。其实就算是纯鲜橙汁,一杯用3只橙榨水,也有150卡路里的热量。而且吃不到橙的纤维素及白色橙衣中的维生素b,营养价值都比吃水果来得低。
  建议:光靠水果、果汁提供的热量并不能满足身体需求,最好摄取一些碳水化合物以补充足够能量,如中式包子、皮蛋瘦肉粥等。
方便面
  有些MM贪图方便,就靠一杯方便面来撑住整个上午。虽然方便面方便快捷,美味可口,但是方便面多数经过油炸,脂肪含量相当高,而且汤粉多含味精,吃多了有害健康。而且,方便面的脱水蔬菜不能提供维生素和纤维,吃多了更容易导致便秘。
  建议:贪吃方便面的人可以选吃不经油炸的方便面,如方便米粉、通心粉或粉丝,而且建议少用酱粉包。另外,应多吃些蔬菜、水果,帮助排除宿便。

什么病看中医,什么病看西医,让你一目了然! Traditional Doctor vs. Western Doctor?






健康类疾病
失眠:看中医。失眠大多属于功能性紊乱,中医可从气血、阴阳等角度辨证治疗,有较好的疗效。镇静安眠类的西药容易导致依赖,只能短时间服用。
其他亚健康状态:西医生化检查等指标没有异常的状态,如体质虚弱、心情烦躁、食欲不振等亚健康症状,都可通过中医进行调理。
偏头痛:看中医。首先检查明确病因,在排除器质性问题后,采取中医调理。偏头痛大多没有病因,属于功能性紊乱,西医没有更好的办法。

常见病
感冒:中西医皆可。绝大多数感冒属于病毒感染,但有时会伴有细菌感染。在抗病毒治疗方面,中药较西药更有优势,而在细菌感染方面,西药的抗菌治疗针对性更强。如果高热不退、咳嗽、头痛等症状比较重的,首先应该查查血常规、胸片等,明确病因,有利于指导用药。
颈椎病:首选中医。中医推拿理疗是治疗该病种的一大特色,配合中药调养,更有优势。需要注意的是,因为推拿不当易造成危险,一定要选正规的中医医院,不能随便去不明底细的小诊所看病。
腰椎间盘突出:中西医皆可。更多情况下中药配合理疗效果较好,西医主要在手术治疗方面有优势。
面瘫恢复:首选中医。西医也没有特别好的办法,中医针灸配合理疗效果比较可靠。
鼻出血:中西医皆可。首先检查明确病因,排除器质性问题(比如外伤、肿瘤、畸形、血液病等)后,可用中药调养。
眼科疾病:西医为主。西医在检查、手术矫正、眼科制剂等方面有较强优势,中医在改善症状比如眼干、眼睛肿痛等方面有辅助作用。
口腔疾病:首选西医。西医牙科相关医疗器械完善,在手术矫形、治疗等方面优势明显。一些非器质性病变比如口腔溃疡、牙龈肿痛等则可选择中医治疗。
消化不良:首选中医。通过调理脾胃整体辨证治疗,效果更为巩固。
便秘:首选中医。西药对便秘的治疗较为短效,只能作为应急措施。不要过多服用泻药,避免药物依赖。
心脑血管疾病(高血压病、心脏病、中风、脑梗死):西医为主。西医在控制血压、改善血管梗阻方面有可靠的疗效证据。中医药主要在改善患者具体症状方面发挥作用,可配合治疗。
皮肤病
青春痘:中西医结合。西药在消炎、控油方面虽然起效快,副作用也同样明显,不宜久用;中医从全身调理,作用缓和但持久,可中西医结合治疗。
白癜风:中西医都可,各有特色。白癜风为难治性疾病,治疗需要持续。西药主要在局部用药、激光治疗方面有特色;中医依靠辨证论治,进行全身调养。
带状疱疹:中西医均可。带状疱疹属于病毒感染引起,西医针对病毒也没有特效药物。中西医疗效差不多,需要注意防治并发症及后遗症。
脚气:中西医皆可。一般外用药治疗的效果都不错,但西医有针对性的抗真菌药物,对于顽固病例,中西药配合起来,治疗效果更佳。
特发性脱发、斑秃:首选中医。这类疾病一般病因不明,西医不易治疗。中医从气血不足、脏腑虚损、痰湿瘀热等角度出发辨证治疗,有一定疗效。
湿疹、皮炎等过敏性皮肤病:中西医皆可,视检查确定具体治疗方案。对于过敏原因比较明确的过敏性疾病,如接触性皮炎、药物性皮炎等,应用西药迅速控制病情、避免诱发因素。对于病因比较复杂、容易反复发作的疾病如湿疹、慢性荨麻疹等,在西药控制病情的同时,要有配合中药长期调养的打算。

妇科病
感染类疾病(如盆腔炎、阴道炎等):中西医皆可。两者皆有疗效。但是对于急性发作期、致病微生物明确者,采用西药抗感染治疗见效快。中医药则对一些慢性反复发作性炎症疗效更好。
不孕不育:首先应该仔细查找病因,再确定找中医还是西医。属于输卵管阻塞等有明确器质性病变的,西医治疗较好,但大多数功能性病变引起者,中医药调理有独到之处。
原发性痛经:看中医。西医对原发性痛经治疗效果不佳,多属对症治疗。中医辨证施治效果较好。
月经失调:看中医。多数为功能性失调,用中药调养效果更明显。
更年期综合征:中西医结合。西医治疗在一些人群身上较为明显,中医长期调理更加安全。

儿科病
中医西医各有优劣。儿童疾病一般起病急、病情变化快,对于新发疾病,建议首选西医明确疾病性质,迅速控制病情,对于慢性病的调养期间,可选择中医。另外中医推拿对一些儿科疾病的效果也不错。

肿瘤等大病
首选西医。此类疾病的关键在于早发现、早治疗。首选西医,明确疾病的性质及进展,西医在手术、放化疗方面的治疗效果确切,尤其是肿瘤早期,但手术及药物的毒副作用也与疗效呈正相关(即疗效越好,副作用越大),请根据专业医师的建议权衡利弊。中医药在改善临床症状、减轻药物毒副反应、提高患者生活质量方面有作用,但是千万不要盲目相信广告或偏听偏信,以免耽误病情。
虽然我们在治疗疾病上中西医的疗效都是相近的,想要让身体保持最原始的健康状态,但是中西医在治疗疾病的病理确是截然不同的。我们在治疗疾病的时候首先要根绝疾病的病因,其实是按照疾病的发展状况来综合判断适合用什么方法中医还是西医来治疗疾病。
